Before you send

  • Corrections: a link to the article and a source for the correct information help us fix things faster.
  • Tips: tell us whether we can mention you. We never name a source without permission.
  • Commercial enquiries: paid partnerships don't affect our reviews or recommendations, and sponsored content is always labelled.
  • Tech support: we can't troubleshoot individual phones over email. If a problem seems to be affecting lots of people, though, we want to hear about it.
