Huawei P40 series to Launch in 2020, With or Without GMS is Yet to Discover!

Huawei is planning on releasing the Huawei P40 and Huawei P40 Pro worldwide in the early months of the year 2020. The Information reveals this fresh report on the P40 series.

Huawei recently launched the flagship phones Mate 30 and Mate 30 Pro in September but only in china. These Huawei Mate 30 series did not hit other markets as Huawei ban of US trade they don’t support Google Mobile Services (GMS).

Now, there’s a new arrangement so US firms can now work with Huawei but still have some limitations. Huawei is not yet able to include GMS in its future Android phones, although this might soon change.

Huawei P40 Pro

Huawei working on launching the Huawei P40 series on a global platform is an indication that the ban might get lifted and Huawei devices will get GMS. If this is not the reason, there are chances of Huawei to be releasing the P40 series with Huawei Mobile Services. However, HMS won’t support Google like Gmail, Google Photos, Google Drive and so on.

Honor 9X was recently launched globally with GMS. this was possible because the company rebranded the Huawei P Smart Z. As Huawei P Smart Z already has the Google certification of several tests like Android Compatibility Test Suite, Vendor Test Suite, Mobile Application Distribution Agreement, etc. The software can hardware receives a green signal if they reach Google’s requirements.

Huawei’s P40 launch date is not exactly known. but we can hope to receive more information on this as Huawei has become a controversial brand and this P40 series can change its game.
